About Aaliyah
Aaliyah was not only a gifted R&B; artist, she was also an actress. Following her graduation from high school, Aaliyah went on to play in the urban Shakespeare adaptation Romeo Must Die. From there, she went on to play the voluptuous vampire queen in The Queen of the Damned; and she was cast in prominent roles in the two Matrix sequels.
